Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Standard Delivery — £3.95 — 3–5 business days
Express / Next Day — £5.95
Next business day DPD Tracked — £8.00
1–2 business days Saturday Delivery
£12.00 — Saturday
Please note: Next day and Saturday delivery orders must be placed before 12pm to guarantee dispatch on the same day.
Free Shipping
We're pleased to offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50! Simply add £50 or more to your basket and free standard delivery will be applied automatically at checkout.
European Delivery
Europe Standard — £11.40 — 5–10 business days Europe Express — £14.99 — 3–7 business days
International Delivery
International (Rest of World) — £23.49–£23.99 — 7–14 business days Africa — £12.75 — 7–14 business days
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@houseofgemz.com.

Lost or Delayed Orders
